The ROCK 22 was founded by Jeff Swan and Ray Lockman who wanted to create a space where their fellow veterans could find the support and resources they need to thrive. We understand the unique challenges that veterans face in dealing with PTSD Depression, Anxiety, Suicidal Thoughts, and VA issues. We are committed to helping veterans overcome those challenges.

Founder The ROCK 22
Hello, my name is Jeff Swan and Founder of The ROCK 22. I joined the US Navy Oct 1993- Oct 1996 as a Boatswain's Mate on the USS Scott (DDG 995). I went back into the US Navy Reserves in May 2004 till May 2015. I did one deployment to Bagram, Afghanistan in 2008-2009 in the Bagram Theater Internment Facility (BTIF). I started The ROCK 22 in 2023.

Venture Vets works to reestablish community, hope, and purpose among local veterans through the foundation of faith.
Heroes Cafe Shoreline
Heroes Cafe is unique among Veterans organizations. There is no cost to join, you just show up. Heroes' Café Shoreline is open to Veterans, family, friends and the public. Heroes' Café starts at 9am with coffee and pastries, followed by a Veterans program and lunch ending at 1pm.
